Basically when being invi, using any skill/spell will make you appear, unless you spec sub and using talent Subterfuge (108208), event with spell that can cast when Invi like Distract (1725), Premeditation (14183), Shadow Walk (114842) or Feint (1966).
This is a serious bug for Rogue, please look into this soon.
