When a priest using http://www.wowhead.com/spell=1706/levitate with the http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Glyph_of_Levitate activated, the movement speed remains unchanged.

How should it work: The movement speed should increase to 115% (123% with the boot enchant http://www.wowhead.com/spell=104414/pandarens-step) after casting Levitate, and the bonus should last for 10 more seconds when the Levitate buff is removed.
