[Raid] CRITICAL BUG - Bosses Damage

Bug description: Bosses hit too hard than intended. This leads to many encounters are untankable.
How should it work? We have lots of things to describe here. First of all I want to show a proof.

This happened on Hardmode Freya 10-man difficulty with all 3 Elders alive. She hit ME for over 56k which caused instant dead. Imagine what would happen on 25-man difficulty where bosses hit harder. Even if you do this encounter with a fully current geared tank, you will be one shot-ed.
So is this a bug? I doubt if it's not. The raid should be doable with current gears.
Some bosses hit much more harder than intended. The others hit a bit more. It seems like the damage is not scripted right. Then how to fix this bug? I'm going to provide the details via a trusted database. You can find out the parameters of the bosses on this site. The damage shown are supposed to be the bosses damage before mitigated by armor. Why am I able to say this? Because if you search for The Lich King's tooltip, it shows his damage on 25H difficulty is 79.169 - 109.050. If this damage is how he would hit after mitigated by armor, who the hell could tank him?

10. Mimiron
Only Leviathan MK II melee hit.

High-tech boss, using modern weapons, deal mostly spell damage so his melee attack hits lightly.

11. General Vezax
- 10-man difficulty: 12.315 - 16.963

12. Yogg-Saron- He doesn't hit tank directly. Tank only be hit by ADDs.
Immortal Guardian
- 10-man difficulty: 3.433 - 4.731
- 25-man difficulty: 3.433 - 4.731

Why these adds do low damage? This is their damage when they are at 1% health. The more healthy they are, the more damage they deal. It means they deal much more damage if they are at 100% health. At 100% health they do have 9 stacks of Empowered, additive. Every 10% HP the Immortal Guardian loses/gains will remove/add a stack. They can't be killed by players, only be killed by an ability called Titanic Storm if Thorim is helping.

13. Algalon the Observer
This boss has low attack damage but very high attack speed and heavy cleave/raid-wide damage.

- 25-man difficulty: 16.420 - 22.618

We've done some tests, up to Freya. Only a few bosses seem to be fixed such as Freya, Assembly of Iron. The damage they hit are still higher than the tooltips in the report but might be tankable. Thorim still has notable bugs(Sif's damage and casting time)
